What information do we collect?

We collect information in a few different ways:

  

1. When you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it

 When you sign in with your Google Play account, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, profile photo, and any other information Google Play API provides us. Google Play accounts are also necessary for us to offer opt-in Push Notifications. If you choose to make a purchase, you also provide us with payment information and other related information through the Google API.

 You also may give us permission to access your information in other services. For example, you may link your Facebook account, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts (like your friends, profile images). Third party opt-in Advertisements are also a core part of the game. The information we get from those services often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so be sure to check what those are.

 

 2. We also get technical information when you use our products

 There’s certain basic technical information that recorded automatically. Below are some examples of information we collect on a technical level:

 Game Logs. When you play, we automatically log some game-related information such as current in-game progress. This log is periodically sent to our server so we can make sure all our systems are functioning correctly. It also helps us determine if there are any bugs or faults. Furthermore, this information can also help us with Customer Service, when players encounter a bug or a game-breaking error, we can use this information to roll-back the player’s game-state.

 Internet Protocol (IP) address. The game records IP addresses of our players to determine which country they are form. This information is used only to survey our player base and for us to better serve the market by providing timely localization whenever the need arises.

 Device Information. In addition to Game Logs, we may also collect information about the device you’re using, and unique identifiers. We may use this information to create a part of the Unique Identifiers for our users, this is purely for database purposes. Some settings on your device may also be read by the game, such as the Language setting, which enables the game to load immediately into the native device locale.

How do we use the above collected information?

  As seen above, most of the information collected are for in-game features, fundamental databases and quality of life. The information we collect can be used to provide communication channels to our players such as Push Notifications.

  We also use this information to find your friends from Facebook and add them in your Friend List upon the aforementioned opt-in Facebook link.

  

How and when do we share information?

Game Logs are for internal use only. For third-party services such as Google Play, Advertisements or Facebook logins, the information we get from those services often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so be sure to check what those are.

Runewaker Entertainment will not sell or publish any of your information, and in case of Law Enforcement, any circumstances will be in accordance of the Law within the affected region.

 

How do we make changes to this policy?

The privacy policy may change from time to time, when that happens we will update this page with the changes. If you continue to play after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or get your consent as required by law.
