Second ray inflicts 480%/696%/1008%/1464%/2136% ATK damage to enemies in range. Each hit has 15%/18%/21%/24%/30% chance to inflict Frost (-15% Attack Speed and -30% Movement Speed) for 5 seconds. Can stack 3 times. Third ray inflicts 480%/696%/1008%/1464%/2136% ATK damage to enemies in range. Each hit has 15%/18%/21%/24%/30% chance to inflict Paralyze for 3 seconds.
      • Lightning Blast: Fire multiple ice shards at the enemies, each inflicting 240%/348%/504%/732%/1068% ATK damage to enemies in range. Each hit has 20%/24%/28%/32%/40% chance to inflict one of the following:
        Daze: 1 to 3 seconds.
