• Krampus

    • Normal Attack: 
      • Frost Thump: Inflict 100%/145%/210%/305%/445% ATK damage to enemies in front of you. Every 3 seconds summon falling stones to attack, inflicting 150%/218%/315%/458%/668% ATK damage and Frost (-15% Attack Speed and -30% Movement Speed) for 5 seconds to 2 random enemies. Can stack 3 times.
        If target already has Frost, inflict Frostbite (100%/145%/210%/305%/445% ATK damage every second, -15% Attack Speed, and -30% Movement Speed) for 5 seconds. Can stack 3 times. Also 50% chance to inflict Freeze for 1 to 3 seconds.
    • Skills:  
      • Present Surprise: Summon a present, pulling nearby enemies, and explode after 1 second. Inflicts 250%/363%/525%/763%/1113% ATK damage to enemies in range, Spit flame in four directions, inflicting 50%/73%/105%/153%/223% ATK damage to enemies hit, with 30%/45%/60%/80%/100% chance to inflict Scourge (60% ATK damage every second, -10% ATK) for 5 seconds. Can stack 5 times. Also, enemies inflicted with Scourge grants +20% ATK to allies in range for 5 seconds.
      • Frantic Dance: Spin in place then charge enemies with highest ATK, inflicting 280%/406%/588%/854%/1246% ATK damage, Knockback, and +1 second to all cooldowns to enemies in range. Also summon tornadoes, each inflicts 140%/203%/294%/427%/623% ATK damage every second for 3 seconds to enemies in range with 50% chance to inflict Daze for 1 second. Tornadoes also split into smaller tornadoes, each inflicting 70%/102%/147%/214%/312% ATK damage and Deplete 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/1.0 Mana to 3 random enemies. If target has Daze, inflict -50% Mana Regeneration for 5 seconds. 
        Return to nearest ally after skill is complete.
      • Freezing Cold: Summon six frost breath, upon hit, summon Frost Charge, inflicting 520%/754%/1092%/1586%/2314% ATK damage to enemies in its path, with 40% chance to inflict Freeze for 3 seconds. 
        If target has Frost, inflict Frostbite (100%/145%/210%/305%/445% ATK damage every second, -15% Attack Speed, and -30% Movement Speed) for 5 seconds. Can stack 3 times. 
        If target has Freeze, inflict Confuse (Cannot recover Mana or reduce Cooldown) and Freeze for 3 seconds.
    • Passive Skill: 
      • Frozen Heart: After receiving Critical Hit, gain Iced (+2% ATK and +20% DEF). Consume 10 Iced and summon a blizzard on a random enemy, inflicting 930%/1349%/1953%/2837%/4139% ATK damage and Cannot Evade for 3 seconds.
        - If target has Frost, inflict +1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 seconds to a random skill on a random enemy.
        - If target has Freeze, inflict Exile (Cannot take any action. Cannot be healed. Cannot be damaged) for 3 seconds. 
        - Blizzard can be summoned once every 3 seconds.
    • Artifacts Skill: 
      • Thistle Chase: When attacking, 25% chance to inflict Thistle (+3% Damage Taken) for 10 seconds. Can stack 15 times.

• New Hero will be available in the general Hero Summon Pool 3 months later after the Event ends.
